Heidi Hoch, founder and owner of Hoch Consulting located in the
San Francisco Bay Area and serving clients locally to Nationwide. Heidi has been helping clients expand and grow for over thirteen years. A seasoned professional in commercial real estate leasing, sales and corporate lease management for office, industrial and retail property. Heidi is especially adept at negotiations, financial controls,
and problem resolution.
Previously Heidi was the Portfolio Account Manager for Dallas, Texas
based Mohr Partners, Inc. While at Mohr Heidi managed current client portfolio accounts for office, retail and industrial space and through her
own business development brought in new business clientele. Heidi's
most noted accomplishment at Mohr was consulting on a client real
estate portfolio for an $8 billion publicly traded company with over 400 locations worldwide. During Heidi's tenure at Mohr she also managed
the national real estate portfolio of 180 offices for Old Republic Title
Holding Company where she executed lease negotiations, landlord negotiations, financial analysis, acquisitions and dispositions.
Heidi's prior industry experience as Transaction manager for Chicago,
Illinois based Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. an International Corporate Real
Estate Services company. In this role, she managed acquisitions and dispositions on behalf of Bank of America where she lowered real
estate costs, reduced vacant space by subleasing to third party
subtenants, and recommended occupancy solutions for the Northern California portfolio totaling 6.7 million square feet. Responsibilities
included client interface, landlord negotiations, lease negotiations and financial analysis.
Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, Heidi served as a Portfolio Manager for
JAS Group, ltd., a private equity investment group based in Columbus,
Ohio. Heidi assisted in managing, marketing and analyzing the $50
million mixed assets portfolio. She oversaw outside sales, leasing of commercial office, industrial, flex, retail, land, and investment objectives, worked on the strategic direction and planning of the company, property selection for investment purposes, profit and loss directives, and budget development
and control.
Heidi is a graduate from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio
with a Bachelors of Arts and Science: Consumer Affairs, Marketing and Communications. Heidi is an active member of Soroptimist International
and National Association of Women Professionals (NAWP) .
Heidi donates her time to Junior Achievement, Arts Benicia, California Emergency Response Training (C.E.R.T) and various other community
and art organizations. In Heidi's leisure time she enjoys yoga, painting,
snow boarding, reading, tennis and cooking.
